The W3C specifies a clip-path to be used as such;
<clip-source>|<basic-shape>|<geometry-box>|none

I have two questions, putting into consideration, if most W3C values are laid out as such how is the rule written for CSS ?

Secondly, must I specify the, clip-source, being the image, the basic shape, being values or hopefully an image or strictly a geometry box ? I was hoping you could clip a background image, then use clip-path and enter the SVG image you want to use to clip the background image, I don't think that is the correct method ?

Christopher
