[css-d] CSS Animation Scribble ?

Hi, I was hoping someone can help; I want to animate a scribble effect 
using CSS & SVG.  I have an SVG graphic but it appears limited as to 
what CSS animation can do, that wouldn't otherwise require me to 
manually cut the SVG graphic into pieces and do a CSS transition on each 
piece or something equivalent to make it look as if it's being drawn 
scribbled ?
