You might consider hyphenation to alleviate the “rivers” in the text (words spaced out more than needed). That makes things harder to read. https://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Web/CSS/hyphens (you’ll need prefixes) On small screen devices (anything below an iPad…) I really prefer reading text that is left-aligned though (even with hyphenation turned on).
