The problem may not be with nifty.
If you get a javascript error, all scripts bellow that will not be
executed. so, if you have an error before call the nifty script for
that <div>, the nifty will fail.

Also, why in the hell do you have so many JavaScript Links in the
middle of the document?
Sometimes is a good pratice to add scripts on the end of the document
(but not in the middle), but linked js may be at <head>, otherwise you
may be executing scripts before loading the libs.

NOTE: This is not a CSS question, better to look for a Nifty Corners forum.
