first, choose the right
doctype<http://www.alistapart.com/articles/doctype/>and use it
correctly.
->read about quirksmode.
then use this reset.css <http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/css/reset/> as the
first style sheet before every other.
third step is to make it valid <http://validator.w3.org/> by w3c.

then if u still dont get it, post a link and I tell u what's the problem. ;)
