I've just built a menu based upon <a href="http:// www.webdesignerwall.com/tutorials/advanced-css-menu/">this tutorial</ a> and it works fine until one selects a menu item. My page is <a href="http://protogeo.info/JA_Site/home.html">here</a>.
The page reloads, and there is a flicker on the menu while the images are rendered. Is there a smarter way to go about doing this? I'm just learning how to use CSS, so I'd like to make sure I don't pick up any bad habits and do things as elegantly/simply as possible.
