Well, the reason for it is that it is absolutely not necessary to
reload the menu part of my ui for each request and that I love to play
around and try something new. :-)

And I would bet that there is a solution for this, but maybe it means
to completely go away from css based hover effects...
Or maybe it is possible with jsquery
Or maybe there is a way to delete that
element.style {
display:none;

}
afterwards.....
