It appears that it could still look a lot better. There seems to be odd spacing on the letters in the "Knowledge Notebook" background image. You also get the weird effect that only the top, non- background image is clickable as the link (only the white above the KN). I think you could do better with a less complicated header up there. Why not have the header all the way from the top of the page, with the KN image encompassing the whole height of the header? The empty PNG seems unnecessary and image spacers as links should be avoided in my opinion.
