Hi there! In no particular order here is my feedback regarding your site: *Consistancy Issues:*
Double check how things look between multiple browsers; currently elements shift around quite a bit from Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3+ and Opera 9+. 1) The email address and phone number ride *_under_* the red line in FF, * _above_* the line in IE and *_on_* the line in Opera. 2) The navigation menu displays on the far left in FF and Opera, while in IE the menu is displayed to the right of the video. 3) With the exception of the Index page, when in IE, the background image disappears on all of the other pages of the site. *Usability Issues:* As mentioned by Richard, to widen the audience for your site consider offering English translations. Most of your content is small enough you could offer both Norwegian and English, one version right beneath the other. You could even format the English version slightly differently (italics, etc). Adding a translation link or script it another more complex option. I'm not one to say all websites need to look the same based on their use, you can communicate your message in a hundred different formats. That being said I don't think having the logo front and center is a no-no. Though I would consider narrowing the layout like Randles suggested, it can help with readability as well as giving a tighter frame to your content. An in-line navigation may better suits the look you have going now, something that sits under the band logo.
