What I get from her topic slides (

starting on slide 27 , Modules are the individual elements or sections that
make up the structural markup of a site, such as the header, sidebar, aside,
content area, footer, h1-h6, etc.

Since she specifically mentions the Reset in the YUI framework, anything
that stylesheet defines as display:block is what she refers to as a Module.
