I must admit I don't consider the audience surfing on dumb-phones when I
build mobile websites, and I assume 320 doesn't either. I test my mobile
designs on as many real life devices I can find, including test handsets in
retailers displays, but I do limit my audience to iOS, android, BlackBerry
OS and Windows Phone users.
