Update with fixes to multicol and shellesc as noted in the change log
* shellesc.dtx: in classic tex code accidentally defined
\ShellEscape twice instead of defining \DelayedShellEscape.
* multicol.dtx: Reset \boxmaxdepth back to \maxdimen when outputting pages.
