- v0.8h (2017/10/09)
* Some bugs crept in in the last update due to some code rearrangement:
* package version wasn't set;
* some code was being executed at the wrong time;
* `\sqrt[]{}` in LuaLaTeX gave incorrect output.
* The layout of the code is now structured far more sensibly.
* Remove (long deprecated) `\resetmathfont`; for years it has been a
synonym for `\setmathfont`.
