* luatexja-adjust: Bugfix on profiling lines.
Now \ltjsetparameter{profile_hgap_factor=<float>} sets the minimum
"horizontal" gap between large materials in two consecutive lines
to <float>*abs(the natural width of \lineskip).
* From this version, LuaTeX-ja only loads a Japanese font for current
direction by one \selectfont call. When the direction changes by
\yoko, \tate, etc., LuaTeX-ja automatically loads a Japanese font
for new direction if needed.
* luatexja-ruby: fix the crash on some situation.
