icite v1.1:
- a new global option 'nobibengine' has been added. If it is activated, icite
does not use BibTeX or BibLaTeX to insert
the citations in the body text even if either is loaded in the preamble, and
pulls the necessary information directly
from the bibliographical database.
- some sample files have been added to the documentation.
- the documentation has been improved.
