- NEW: harf mode: added code to use the harfbuzz library of luahbtex
- fonts in ttc-collections can be indexed by name
- removed a number of lua tables from the global enviroment (_G)
to reduce the pollution.
Kept there are only the tables luaotfload, fonts and nodes.
