- added Make:pythontex command for the PythonTeX support.
- added new DOM filter: mathmlfixes. It fixes some common issues that could
result in invalid MathML code. It is loaded
by default in HTML 5 and ODT formats.
- common_domfilters extension is enabled by default for the HTML 5 output.
