Starting with this release, key names will be `detokenize`d for
more robustness.
Handlers definable with `ekvdefunknown` and `ekvdefunknownNoVal`
can be used to process undefined keys within a set.
Also `ekvsetdef` was added to reduce some reoccurring overhead
for user defined parsing macros.
