This bug fix adds the following new commands:
\glslistinit
\glslistexpandedname
glossaries.sty:
- new command \glsunexpandedfieldvalue (provided for use in
\glslistexpandedname)
- new command \glscapitalisewords (defaults to \capitalisewords)
provides a way to switch to \capitalisefmtwords if required
