Changes in v1.1:
- Added installation instructions to the documentation (user-local
texmf paths and TEXINPUTS).
- The \Ginclude@bitmap override is now only applied when dvisvgm >= 3.4
is detected at compile time, avoiding a no-op override with older
versions that do not support --embed-bitmaps on dvisvgm:img specials.
- Renamed example.tex and test.tex to svg-animate-example.tex and
svg-animate-test.tex to avoid filename collisions on shared TeX
search paths.
