i've installed the package, and i have also installed nicola's tds-form .zip file (more or less ready for direct installation) at: http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/install/macros/latex/contrib/glossaries.tds.zip the catalogue entry http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/Catalogue/entries/glossaries.html will be available in about 4 hours' time.
