Hi Mike,

Not a taglib, but something that might be useful for Gui-type work is 
Bootstrap:
http://getbootstrap.com/

Reply with more details if you want - maybe someone can help you.  I don't 
personally use any freestanding taglib libraries.
(I use Struts 2 but that's a framework)
