When I worked in the Harris County Library system many moons ago, our Friends group maintained a pencil machine in the library. We are contemplating adding one here at Cedar Park Public Library, but the question of sales tax came up. So, do any of you out there have Friends of Library pencil machines and how do they handle the sales tax issue?
