The revised ILL manual is now available on the CTLS website. To print or download a copy of the manual go to ctls.net; click on "ILL information" and then click on "ILL manual". You must have Adobe Acrobat running on your PC to read, print or download the document. ILL forms are also available. Just below the link for the ILL manual are links to the ILL forms. You can click on a link for each form used in the ILL office.

Blue forms went out this week for the quarterly turnaround survey conducted by the State Library. Green cards went out last week. Thanks to those who have returned their green cards.
