Wells Branch patrons can use the computer any legal way they
wish during their time. It is censorship to impose your usage rules
unless they are posted that way. What about shortening the time. I think
our is 30 minutes with additional if no one is in line.

feeling that homework is more important but our Board Chairman thinks

should let each child have his hour no matter how many people are
