Good morning, friends, Just a reminder that your "Loan Star Libraries" plan of action form for 2003 is due to the Texas State Library on December 20th. And this year they really mean it. If you don't turn in your form by that date, your library will be placed on a non-response list for the State Library Commission to review at their February 11, 2003 meeting. At that time, your library's grant award for FY'03 may be revoked. If you need a new copy of the Plan of Action Form or if you'd like help filling it out, please get in touch with me. We surely don't want you to lose any money your library is due from the State of Texas.
