Texas Library Association is seeking volunteers to help organize book donations for public and school libraries in Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, and Texas. Volunteers will be needed at different times, but the most immediate need is for Monday and Tuesday afternoons of this week between 4 and 6 p.m. The books are currently being stored at Braker Self Storage at the intersection of Braker and Burnet. Please contact Gloria Meraz at 695-0619 to let her know of your interest.
