This is a request for information on how other CTLS libraries handle renewal of patron borrower accounts. Do you require borrowers to renew annually or on some other fixed schedule? Do you have different categories of accounts that renew at different times (For example: new accounts, nonresidents, long-term residents, or some other category)?
