The Friends of CTLS are offering one stipend of $400.00 to attend the TLA Conference in Dallas. Applicants may be staff members, volunteers, board members or lay representatives in CTLS member libraries. The application is available on the FOCTLS web page. A letter of recommendation must be submitted with the application. Postmark deadline is February 29th.
