Dr. Janine Golden (TWU) will present a workshop on mentoring. In order to embrace mentoring as a career development strategy, participants will explore the concept of mentoring and practice goal setting; learn some myths and fallacies of mentoring; and comprehend the critical skills and best practices necessary to help ensure a successful mentoring relationship.
