Busy, busy, busy friends,
CTLS is paying for 5 people to take Infopeople's online class, Intergenerational Gaming <http://www.infopeople.org/workshop/429> , June 16-July 20, 2009. (Yeah, I know. Right in the middle of the summer). But it is just too good to pass up! The course is all about how to involve kids, teens and older adults in intergenerational gaming programs. Wouldn't it be great to offer a series of classes in the fall called, "Wii for Seniors: Beat Your Grandchildren"? If you say yes, this class is for you. We're asking participants to complete the 4-week class and then be available as resource people to other system members who have questions on gaming and intergenerational gaming. I'm taking one of Infopeople's classes right now and it is well worth the time. If you're crazy enough to add one more thing to our plate, um, I mean if you're interested, let me know. We'll work out the logistics on our end. ...And if you need some laughs about now, click here: http://www.unshelved.com/archive.aspx?strip=20050713 Y'all take care.
