From: Franklin Wayne Poley <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Addressing the general theme I raised on CTRL (the conspiracy list) I have to reassert my suspicion that this is a giant conspiracy to DELAY direct democracy. I was told yesterday by a credible politician that P. Manning, Canadian Reform and Official Opposition Leader was in the employ of the CIA before Reform Party days and he admits it. I think even a CIA half wit could figure out that direct electronic democracy is imminent. So why not claim credit for it when it happens (as part of party platform) but REFUSE TO LEAD THE CITIZENS in its implementation? The refusal to lead is an abrogation of political responsibility and a form of dishonesty. Part of the P. Manning character disorder, obvious to anyone here. FWP.
