Interesting, Bob, I didn't realize they could get that tight a coordinate off
a cell phone. Wise advice re: landlines. Indeed, the chainsaw approach seems
to be the Russian preference in Chechnya -- bad enough that they bomb Chechen
grandmothers in the street, but at one point they were shelling their own
troops indiscriminantly like a postmodern Dante's Inferno...
