Before you are so quick to dismiss the claims of alleged mind
control victims, you should do a little research of your own.
The material posted by Bill Kingsbury (which from what I recall
had actually been written by someone else) had several good
references.
Although there's nothing new about these kinds of technologies,
it is admittedly not always so straightforward to sort out
the claims and beliefs of the alleged victims from what may
really be happening. Of course not everyone who claims to be a
victim of a psyop really is. On the other hand, mind control
-- ipso facto -- would have to be a process which would include
the goal of actually making or appearing to make the victim look
completely off his/her rocker.
In terms of further references, look up the work of Dr. Jose
Delgado who pioneered this stuff in the 1960's. If you think
they stopped there, you are most likely off *your* rocker or
at the very least extremely naive.
Also look at the "neurophone" technology developed by Patrick
Flanagan. Do a little more digging and see what Dr. Louis
Jolyon West of Stanford University has been up to.
"Mind control" is a spectrum of operations that can range
from subtle to severe, from suggestive psychology to oppressive
high-tech gizmos with real physical effects. To be able to
"prove" any of it is beyond the scope of this list, but you
have some leads. Go figure it out.
