Dear Mary, My poll results are below, and I applaud the spirit of your
experiment, but you are polling from a very politically interested group of
people here -- which does not necessarily reflect the general public. What's
been interesting to me, though, is that ALL of the spontaneous polls I've
seen from AOL to MSNBC to local and national talk shows to Fox, to CNN --
have FLATLY contradicted the Network announced "scientific polls"; for
instance, would you believe that on the day before the vote on live
testimony, the Network "scientific" polls said 70% want to get the trial
over, and the MSNBC poll comprising 38,000 people who called in or e-mailed
votes 81% for live testimony. If the public wanted the trial to be over ---
how come the cable networks still can hardly talk about anything else? Oh,
well . . .here's my results:
