Now it does actually work like that as far as I can tell... The great
push
by those who control the government is a concerted attack on the bill of
rights combined with ongoing television propaganda to manufacture the
point
of view they desire, which as machiavelli pointed out in "the prince"
"...
if you wish to deprive the people of their liberty, then create the
conditions in which they demand it...".
As the recent exposes come to light, we find the CIA and other organs
of
the state acknowledging that they ran cocaine and crack into
impoverished
communities... This foments the "white bread honkies" to remove all
discretionary sentencing power from the judges via the "U.S. sentencing
commission" which now sets rigid penalties for federal crimes, an
increase
in
the power of the DEA which results in the complete loss of the 4th
amendment
against illegal search and seizure, the 5th amendment against
incrimination
and other losses of constitutional rights. Despite a massive decrease in
criminal activity, due to the aging population, more hysteria for "get
tough" laws end up with more and more totalitarian actions occurring.
The recent backdoor attempt through the banks to establish a
federal
database on all facets of who you are goes right along with the desire
to
build national databases cor-relating all personal information in one
accessible point. A case in point about the abuse of these databases is
the
FBI continuing to retain records from "instant check" firearm purchases
even
though the law specifically forbids them from doing so... regardless of
your
point of view about guns and gun control, you have a federal agency
disregarding the law of the land and continuing to retain records,
amassing
a cross-referenced database. These records will never go away. Given the
ongoing, egregious and continuing violations of the law by the FBI, it
is
no
surprise that they sponsored the anti-terroism bill provision that gave
500
million to the telco's to implement the ability to wiretap from
washington
d.c. 1 out of every thousand americans simultaneously. No wonder that
the
FBI is the most vociferous champion of weak encryption, key escrow of
your
crypto, small key sizes as they claim they need it to fight "organized
crime, narco terrorists and islamic fundamentalists". A quick
examination
of
their records indicates 63% of their cases were made with confidential
informants (blackmailed snitches) and on 11% as a result of
"investigative
techniques". Of course not one wiretap was ever denied... The recent
wave
of
exercises against bioweps and chem weps that we see on t.v. remind me of
the
50's duck and cover nuke drills. This is again manufacturing a point of
view
regarding installation of paranoia in the population to give up more
liberty
and condition people to live in a fearful, dis-empowered, apathetic
manner.
The truth about bioweps is, that once the soviets in the Bioprepart
facility
gene spliced venz. equine encephalitis with smallpox virus to produce
100%
lethal brainpox ( small pox that infects the brain ), along with gene
engineered Anthrax, that was the end of the story. Virus Crystals of
brain
pox are deliverable via ICBM with 0% degradation in a nighttime airburst
at
5000 feet. Once that's out, that is the end, none of these bio-wep
chemwep
responses will be worth a rats ass if that happens ( Dana, who has to
wear
a
space suit now and then can confirm this ). Of course when the russians
shut it down, they seemed to have "lost" 2500 of the biowep biologists,
rumored to be in Iraq, which is why the chinese are so coy with sadam,
since he's supplying them with samples of soviet bio-weps (for vaccine
research) in return for missiles and other support ( the yellow peril
always
being foremost in the russian psyche, having experienced it numerous
times
in their history)
The internet is the greatest threat to the establishment and the only
reason it is allowed to thrive is that it is the only hope for the
capitalist engine to exploit instead of dying. Once the medium matures,
the
usual bandwidth controls and content legislation will appear and like
china
today, there won't be anything you can do about it. InterNic was
purchased
by a beltway bandit which is owned by ex cia/NSA military intelligence
types now controls all domain names. Richard Allen Schaife, inheritor of
the
Mellon foundation money, funds almost all right wing think tanks that
are
the source of repressive policies. They are very smart, they knew right
where to seize control.
So, the war on drugs is a manufactured hoax, we always seem to get a
gun
nut shooting up a federal building the week before a congressional vote
on
gun control ( the nut is always dis-orientated and babbling, like the
mk-ultra cia subjects ) the FBI was founded on fraud and continues
cointelpro activities, the NSA sweeps everything ( though most of the
talent
is
leaving to form internet startups, they're having a hard time keeping
people )... The FBI wants everyone fingerprinted, databased, logged and
monitored, and FDIC wants to blueprint your financial and personal data
in
case your a drug smuggler( Not that I ever noticed any of the dealers I
knew
taking checks!), The DEA thugs are enjoying their jackboot on the neck
of
the public ( purchase your next airline ticket with cash and watch what
happens...) and the local cops all want to wear ninja suits and carry
silenced hk mp5's, meanwhile no one stops to ask the elected leaders
"what
policies are we pursuing that has radical terrorists wanting to
nuke/bioswat/chemspray americans???" that question just don't get
asked...
So, what can you do??? Get educated and look at the multifaceted
attack
against the divine principal of freedom. Spread the word to others to
empower them to shine the public light on this, spread consciousness to
fight
the hypnotic entrainment of the power structure message, Support EPIC
and EFF fighting for your cyber-rights...look at who's agenda is being
served by
the next piece of social or law and order or protection legislation...
The
minimum price for your freedom is your responsibility to be conscious of
what is going on...
I fear we have the frog in the pot of boiling water syndrome, slow
heating and the frogs will just stay there till they die... So, jump
out,
it's not like getting more aware will make it any worse....
