-Caveat Lector- POSSIBLE "HITMAN PLOT" ADDS CLUES TO OJ SIMPSON CASE ==================================================== By "Rhea Fortean" (pseudonym) (CNNS, 12/15/98) -- William Wasz is a 35-year-old almost life- long criminal who came forward for his 15 minutes of fame a short while after the arrest of O. J. Simpson for the double murder of his ex-wife Nicole and her friend Ronald Goldman. Wasz went to the police with his story. He declared that Robert Kardashian, friend and lawyer to O.J. Simpson, had hired him to follow Nicole Brown Simpson. The story was on the tabloid television shows and reported in the press. His proof was a note-book the police found when he was arrested for stealing the vehicle of Paula Barbieri. All this happened before the murders. The notebook which contained evidence and notations of following "Nicole" for several days was in the custody of the police. Even though the police came to see Wasz, interview him, and document his story, it was buried away and dropped. In the spring of this year, Joseph Bosco (author of *A Problem With The Evidence*) and talk-show host and author David Bresnahan came forward on World Net Daily with their claims that not only was Wasz hired to follow Nicole and take photos, he was hired to kill her by none other than O. J. Simpson's friend and lawyer Robert Kardashian. Even if a person didn't follow the trial, many will remember the man who read OJ's farewell note the day of the now famous Bronco chase. Robert Kardashian is that man. David Bresnahan kept up with the story and recently spent a weekend traveling to interview Wasz in person at the prison. Bresnahan has been telling in a series of articles what he has learned from William Wasz. The story has not been flattering to OJ, Kardashian or Wasz but indicates that Kardashian was the one with the problem with Nicole Simpson and the one taking action. A source close to the series of articles appearing on World Net Daily concerning the alleged HITMAN PLOT by Robert Kardashian in the OJ Simpson case says that things are heating up as the series goes on. There have been 5 articles so far in the blockbuster World Net Daily series and 6 or more are expected. Chat rooms dedicated to the OJ Simpson case have been aggressively discussing the facts presented in the articles. The reporter, David Bresnahan, according to my source, has been getting numerous e-mails about the articles. Some are very helpful and productive but many are not. So many people are "keyed" into their own "theory" that they don't read the articles carefully and make the proper considerations. Bresnahan reportedly is learning that many people believe OJ and many more people than ever expected figured out during the trial that a "coverup" on the part of the DA's, lawyers, cops, and judge was in place. Bresnahan reportedly has been looking into other people who may have been drawn into the "plot", with a plan to have a "patsy" and labeled as a "stalker" with an obsession with Nicole. He is looking into the area in case the next person hired was to have provided the same services as the first, Wasz, apparently did. The source also says that David Bresnahan is convinced of the truth of this story by Wasz because of the documentation he has obtained through the police departments and lawyers. It is looking very much like the info obtained by Sherman Skolnick, that OJ knows who did the murders but is not guilty himself, is true. Also that OJ fears telling what he knows and is in legal jeopardy himself over some not so legal business connections with Bobby Kardashian. Reportedly, Bobby Kardashian refuses to return the calls of the reporter and has refused for months since the first story hit in the spring -- oddly the same week Arnelle had her now famous drunken car crash and a knife was found on a construction site near OJ's former home on Rockingham. Would OJ be willing to talk to the reporter? At this point, it is not known. Since it has been reported that the last time OJ and Kardashian saw each other was when the first Hitman story hit in the spring and they had a screaming match because Kardashian thought OJ was talking, how would he dare to contact Bresnahan? He couldn't do it publicly. Would he use a go-between? Would he dare talk now that his custody suit for the kids is back in the courts and he must fight again for custody? The source says that Bresnahan is convinced that the story by Wasz is correct and that OJ is ABSOLUTELY INNOCENT. That his hands are tied because of the threat from alleged illegal business connections that could put his freedom in jeopardy. No physical threats against OJ have been mentioned by the source, but in this writer's opinion, Nicole and Ron are dead in a violent and brutal way due to a "friend" -- so the threat of physical violence can't be far from OJ's mind when he thinks of his family, children and himself. Also since the cops have "so much to lose" if the full story comes out, OJ cannot depend on their protection and help AT ALL (except for a few legit cops who have helped all along in the case with their info.) Also, since the "original" plan seemed to involve framing the "patsy" for the murder and then being "killed by cops" -- end of story of crazed, obsessed stalker/killer -- one may wonder what happened? Was that to be repeated? If so, what went wrong? Why was there no dead killer on the scene or at home? Could it be because Ron Goldman showed up, put up a fight, and instead of a dead killer there was a "live" witness (the "patsy") who slipped away during the action? How did it get from "dead patsy" to "OJ the spouse killer"? Maybe we should ask the cops about that. Maybe we should ask them about the 10 hour delay in getting the coroner there, concurrently delaying the photographer from getting there and taking pictures. Maybe we should ask them if, for at least part of the time they were looking for the "missing patsy" who was supposed to die in a "shootout" with the police, whether that further delayed them and when they couldn't find their "patsy", the story changed....drastically. Bet you thought Bobby Kardashian was OJ's lawyer to keep him from testifying against OJ. Nope!! This writer believes Kardashian was there to keep tabs on OJ -- daily -- and keep OJ from spilling the beans about Kardashian to the cops. He also provided himself "cover" by insisting on being a lawyer for OJ, in this writer's opinion. Recall the now famous "verdict" scene and Bobby Kardashian's stunned reaction? Well, what if OJ had MADE Kardashian sit there with the understanding that if OJ were convicted, then he would immediately "give up" Bobby Kardashian? There was an early rumor in the tabloids that OJ had immediately realized that a "friend" was responsible for the murders but couldn't or wouldn't talk. This fits into that scenario. The tabloids have been praised in many quarters for being more accurate on the OJ story than the major newspapers and general mass media. Lawyer F. Lee Bailey has been stating from the beginning that for the responsible person to get caught, someone else would have to be, say, arrested for another crime and then "turn over" the responsible person, say, for a plea bargain. This also fits the Wasz and Kardashian story. The actual killers being caught and turning over Bobby K. The Hitman Story is developing and the source is tight-lipped about the future stories. But I believe many readers of the series will be shocked and surprised to learn what the cops knew, when they knew it, and how they BURIED the info because it put their detectives and cops in Danger of being Exposed. In California, if a cop tampers with evidence, commits perjury, and "frames" a person, they are in the same legal jeopardy as the defendant. In murder cases, that can be the death penalty. So far, only Mark Fuhrman has been charged with Perjury about the use of the "N" word. However, if he had not pleaded the 5th and had gone back on the stand, it is evident that he would have been caught in multiple MATERIAL lies about his testimony including when he was at the crime scene being photographed and others. Few people know of this, but a reading of the LA Times archives will show them that in 1995 (the year of the OJ trial), 5 cases of murder were dropped against defendants due to police tampering with evidence and/or making false statements.
