The nations of the Western World, and the United States in particular, have been dragged into a web of lies and deceit so complex that, unless we speedily recall how we arrived at this point and reverse course, we may be unable to find a way out without severe damage to what we used to call Christian civilization. The current era of lies began on November 22, 1963, when television viewers were instructed by the media to disbelieve their eyes. On that day, a template was established which has been used for many subsequent events, particularly in our present time and notably by the current US administration: the falsely accused stooge, the cover-up and the enormous deception built thereon. Here are a few pertinent examples: In the Valujet Explosion of 1996, the false story was that empty oxygen canisters ignited. They were the stooges. It was a subtle sleight of hand with the English language, but few questioned the story they were fed. The subsequent church burnings were blamed on white supremacist stooges, even though more churches were burned having white congregations than black ones. Yet the moment President Clinton donated $6 million of public money to Clinton-friendly organizations, the church burnings miraculously ended. What a terrific guy! Again, few questioned the false story they were fed by the media. In the April 1996 plane crash in Croatia that killed Commerce Secretary Ron Brown, the stooges were "the worst thunderstorm in years" and some senior Air Force personnel who were later dismissed, even though they were unconnected to the crash. In reality, there was a light misty rain which did not prevent other normal landings a few moments either side of the crash. We will call this the dual stooge theory: if one stooge doesn't work, use the alternative. All other possibilities are thus excluded. It must be one or the other: the weather or the Air Force. Few had a chance to question the fake story because they lacked local knowledge and in any case, the subject was changed with the arrest of the Unabomber the same afternoon. When TWA 800 exploded in July 1996, 250 unrelated people saw a missile hit the plane. Photographs of the debris show where the missile entered the fuselage. There is also photographic and forensic evidence of chemical residues from the missile and that the debris was altered by the FBI. The confused story fed to the public first centered on a bomb, and then mechanical failure, the dual stooge theory once again: a bomb or the center fuel tank. As we have said before, it is perfectly true that a missile would cause a mechanical failure but that is being economical with the truth. Despite the "mechanical failure" finding, President Clinton spent $4 billion of taxpayers' money on additional airport security measures which are still in place. Further millions were spent on the cover up, in which the media were willing partners. As ever, few people ever questioned the story they were fed. And who paid the bills? Take a guess. An eyeblink later, security guard Richard Jewell was the stooge for the Atlanta Olympics bomb. He was later exonerated, but by then he had served his purpose: to focus attention on a fake villain. Now Eric Rudolph, a suspect in other crimes, is accused of planting the bomb, just as a burglar and car thief is now accused of the Georgetown Starbucks murders, which included the death of a former White House intern, after a previous suspect was released. Police admit they have no evidence to link him to the crime, but he'll do. A deal will be done, the truth will be stifled, and the dual stooge theory will triumph again! Perhaps the century's most audacious example of the dual stooge theory came with the elaborate cover-up and subsequent deception after the 1997 death of Princess Diana. In this case, it was either the fault of the so-called paparazzi photographers or the driver, a minor British Intelligence operator who was said to be drunk. While alcohol was found in his body several days later, there is no evidence to prove it was there at the time of the crash. On the contrary, several witnesses testified that he was a model of sobriety the entire evening. As Bill Clinton has discovered, it's extremely convenient to blame dead men whenever one needs a stooge. One of the relevant but still unanswered questions is why the ambulance transporting Princess Diana to the hospital took 67 minutes to make a journey of 3.7 miles. The excuse given was that slow driving was necessary, lest bumps in the road injure her further. This is obviously nonsense. A much more realistic answer is that certain tasks had to be performed in the ambulance. If she was indeed pregnant with Dodi Fayed's baby, as reported by Time Magazine, the Daily Mirror, the New York Post and numerous other newspapers, there was no trace of the fetus by the time the autopsy was done at the hospital. That might explain an emergency hospital dash at slightly slower than average walking speed. After just a few weeks, the British Establishment put out the story that "the public has had enough of this and wants to move on", the investigation was closed and the subject changed. Newly-discovered evidence was consigned to the "conspiracy theory" section of the bottom drawer, witnesses were not interviewed, and the Royal Family employed image consultants to rewrite history and change the subject. The dual stooge theory was effectively used again to stifle the truth. Interestingly, exactly the same ploy was used in the recent trial of President Clinton. Never mind the facts, never mind the 109 suspicious deaths, never mind that the President lied under oath, never mind that hundreds of innocent people were killed in a series of plane crashes, never mind that the President of the United States is a serial adulterer, a proven liar, a vicious rapist and much, much worse. The "polls" said the public wanted to move on, and on we moved. Perhaps the truest remark Mr. Clinton has ever made was when he told the First Whore: "My life has been full of lies and deception." Even if we have to take Monica Lewinsky's word for it, this is a rare occasion when we have caught Bill Clinton actually telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth! The complicit media appear to be the midwives in the birth of a deceptive world government. As God is truth, it is clear they are disciples of the devil and lies come naturally to them: "When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies." (John 8:44). "Public opinion", as determined by the corrupt polls of the corrupt media, has replaced the judiciary. The media have replaced the Constitution as arbiters of law and justice. In the United States, a one-party system disguised as a two-party system has replaced free elections. Big Brother has replaced personal privacy. Legalized serfdom has replaced liberty and a burgeoning basketful of lies have replaced the truth. In this false age, honesty counts for little and integrity for even less. The Deceiver rules, and sadly, the deceived public cheer him on. So who are the real stooges? The television talking heads who lie and deceive on a daily basis? The innocent people who have been falsely accused? The perpetrators of the great deceptions of our time? If we continue to watch television and fail to oppose them, then the greatest stooges of all are ourselves, for we are complying with the desires of the devil. As Paul said: "Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is." (Romans 12:2) We cannot focus on God or on anything else if our minds are hijacked by the puerile media. So do it now: switch it off and leave it off.
