Orbiting is an artifact of *gravity*, not perpetual motion. Terra and
Luna orbit each other, getting closer over time; the Terra-Luna two-body
system orbits Sol along with the other planets, but these orbits also

Velocity and gravity produce orbits, but gravity always wins, orbits
always decay, things go crunch - it's called Entropy. [Sooner or later,
everything put together, falls apart]. What's really amazing are the
effects of Chaos/Complexity: given an energy input, systems become more
complex. That's mostly because there's an inner boundary on simplicity,
but no outer boundary on complexity. With just totally random evolution,
