Well, he's already started. Enter his 'school voucher' program. It will give
parents the option of taking kids out of public school and putting them into
private school. Leaving you know who to pay for it. I caught part of his state of
the state address. He wants to mandate all students to have a C average or else.
He also said "I want to see Florida school children not just compete in academic
test scores, but be number 1 in the nation."
