I didn't say the officers actualy served as waiters. It was a joke or
something the Clintons thought would be really fun to demean the
militay. Must have had some good PR advice because to my knowledge,
they never followed up on it. Some administrations have greater
respect/use for or whatever for the military than others. It has not
"suffere equally under all of them (administrations).
Also, the ant/grasshopper--didn't the first of the story clearly state
that it was the ant who worked hard, not the grasshopper? I wonder why
you would reverse that?
