Starting Monday in NY, you and I have to decide if a journalist committed a
crime against us, and, if so, should we send him and his wife to prison
for ten years.  Frankly, my heart isn't in it.  It looks like another
Scopes Monkey Trial to me.  And if Sanders is innocent (and I feel he is),
then we are guilty.

I believe he is charged with accepting 'stolen' evidence from a plane
crash.  It's a First Amendment case.  Congress can't suppress the press.
Somebody is suppressing the press because I hear the verdict will only
appear in the press if Sanders is found guilty. Now that's funny!

I hope this farce sickens people enough to bitch.

I hope Davey, Hendrix or another talented reporter will fully describe
for all of us how pitiful we via our government have become by covering this
absurdity in adequate detail.  Stan C
