Through programming a Random value of any range could be assigned to a variable. Therefore a subroutine could be called up by the chance of the RANDOM factor. This is just like rolling dice. Bill Gates III = 666 has inserted a feature into Microsoft Windows called "The Controlling Unknown". Everything done in MS Windows is being subjected to the influence of the Random factor.
