But what I really wonder about is, even if both of these states of emergency were never lifted officially, how, exactly, is this apparent or evoked? I mean, I know that there are serious problems with the government and its un-Constitutional actions and have been for some time, but it seems to me that all of this could and would have happened no matter if the emergency states were set back to "normal" after the time of the actual emergencies had passed.
