The plan is that after Kosovo has been burned to the ground, the Bush boys will go
over there and rebuild it and make trillions. Whatever skullduggery takes place, we
won't have to worry about Bush Jr. having any trouble since the Office of the
Independent Counsel will by then be abolished...so he won't have any trouble on that
score.
And all you Clinton-bashers will be happy--what with Bill and Hill long gone. Those
Republicans have much more serious things to do than messing around with silly little
interns.
