Jason has not violated any law by telling people what he believes explains his own cancer remission, but a judge calls speech a crime. Without a law to back the judge up, it's just a "contempt" charge based on a difference of opinion, not legal opinion, between the judge's speech and Jason's speech, the judge enforcing his unhealthy speech on Jason's health-giving mouth! That's all, no law involved, just health-reducing decree versus health-giving speech of another. It's pure violence, in other words, on the part of the judge, might makes right versus speech right. If you have skin cancer the judge can't help, but he can hurt you! He can kill you, as Fidel Castro has done by restricting cansema mailings to a man who died as a consequence, story follows below.
