On the one hand, it seems strange to sue the people that provided the money for you to do your own dirty work (like saying it was my mother's fault she didn't stop me from burning the house down) but, on the other hand, to target Citigroup, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Barclays Bank PLC is to target banks with interesting ties to the events of September 11, 2001.
