-Caveat Lector-  There is nothing of substance here about Bush Senior's Iraq policy or about the role of Skull & Bones in contemporary politics.  Just the usual flood of infantile, incoherent and subliterate venom and verbal abuse.   You don't have any pointers to books and articles you've read about Bush Senior's Mideast policy.  No surprise there.  Clearly you haven't read any.   This "public pronouncement" is a cogent and prophetic analysis of Mideast politics which explains why George Bush Senior, Brent Scowcroft, Colin Powell and other members of the Bush I administration decided NOT to overthrow Saddam and invade Iraq.  The "public pronouncement" is perfectly in tune with their actual behavior and predicts with amazing accuracy the outcome of the neocons' current Iraq War.  All of these facts together make this "public pronouncement" highly credible and a meaningful guide into Bush Senior's real thinking.  Bush Senior, unlike his Christian Zionist son, is an authentic multilateralist.  The neocons and their Christian fundy allies are fanatical unilateralists.   It's unfortunate that an alleged Skull & Bones expert like yourself is unable to present so little in the way of substantive information and analysis about the role of S&B members in current politics.   By the way, Bob Graham, who has strongly and *sincerely* criticized the Iraq War, IS a Skull & Bones member.   Overall, Skull & Bones played a very small role in agitating for the Iraq War compared to the neocons.  The neocon network collectively controls much more wealth and media power than does Skull & Bones.   ----- Original Message ----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, October 01, 2003 10:46 PM Subject: [CTRL] Re: [CTRL] McFraud changes subject, blah, blah, blah ?   www.ctrl.org DECLARATION & DISCLAIMER ========== CTRL is a discussion & informational exchange list.
