Not really.  What we're seeing is a superb campaign to "starve the beast."  All is going well, and most citizens will be thoroughly and completely controlled soonest.  I figure it will be something like living in Elizabeth's England.  Some will do well; most will starve.  Fascinating concept.  Prudy
