Time for you people to SPAM THIS FAR & WIDE and STOP posting the Media's TRASH about the headless Berg & STAGED PORNO SHOOTS from Iraq around the internet like they want you to do! Let's revisit September 11th, 2001...!! Buddie ----------- Dear XXXXXX I have been thinking that the only way for things to get fixed is organizing a "National Strike". We have to simply shut the functioning country down for the purpose of restoring it. For example - and this could be the origin of the entire sequence that could follow. There is no doubt that 9/11 was first off NOT A TERRORIST ACT per se. True - it was indeed TERRIBLE! And true - it's execution was done so for the purpose of achieving political reactions. True - it was indeed enacted with a drive to move governments and masses. And TRUE!!!!! it did achieve all of those results - SPLENDIDLY! However - just as in the case of a so-called "Hate Crime" that results in murder, the motivations are separate from the act and it's consequences themselves but murder - NO MATTER WHAT THE MOTIVATION is really - plain and simple - IN THE END - just MURDER!! Similarly - terrorism - is really a word used to articulate or describe the "purpose" or "motivation" - political or otherwise - behind what is always merely the destruction of lives and property. Seen in this light - 9/11 was merely a crime. TRUE it was a crime of magnificent proportions. But in the end - it was merely 5 basic crimes; MURDER, DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, INSURANCE FRAUD, THEFT, AND FINALLY COMPLICITY OF GOVERNMENT AND OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. That is all. ALL FELONIES. All of these crimes are fully delineated as CRIMES on both the STATE level - within the jurisdictions where the crimes took place - and the Federal level as well. Each of them - when proven - come with CONSEQUENCES of the most extreme prejudice and have always incurred such penalties in our legal system. From the moment these crimes were committed however - in full view of the world - they were NEVER considered as merely the crimes they were. The result of this has been A COMPLETE DERELICTION OF DUTY by the STATE and FEDERAL Prosecuting Attorneys Offices. Similarly - the local Police Forces in New York - Boston - and Washington DC have never taken their rightful and legal position - treating 9/11 as the above mentioned obvious and provable CRIMES that they were. The "Crime Scenes" were NEVER actually treated as just that - CRIME SCENES. All scientific and photographic evidence has been either purposefully contaminated, hidden, or destroyed. The list of SUSPECTS - those with the motive and capacity to commit such complicated and costly crimes - never included ALL possible candidates. The FEDERAL Government - and more specifically THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH was permitted to DECIDE - By the CONGRESS in a matter of hours only - PRECISELY who THEY DETERMINED was the only acceptable candidate for SUSPECT in what were the original THREE CRIMES - 1. Theft of American and United Airlines property 2. Premeditated murder in the First Degree 3. Destruction of Property - both private and public. The Department of Defense should have been automatically accepted as possible suspect in these crimes - innocent of course until proven guilty. For they had the means. The owners of the World Trade Center could easily be seen as perfect SUSPECTS. The profiteers who made small fortunes BETTING AGAINST AMERICAN AND UNITED AND VARIOUS INSURANCE FIRMS - ARE ALL TO THE MAN OR ORGANIZATION ----- SUSPECTS. The Company from Oklahoma - called in to destroy evidence in BOTH the destruction of the FEDERAL BLDG in Oklahoma City and then the Trade Center were also natural SUSPECTS. The Federal Government of course had the means and more importantly - obvious motives, that should have been painfully obvious to any investigative body worth that title. And a list of "Foreign Governments" would have also occupied a front row seat in that list of "suspects". But for both the STATE and FEDERAL Prosecuting Attorney's offices to allow Congress to permit the Executive Branch - to claim NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE and then within HOURS decide who were the ONLY SUSPECTS - even supplying names and faces defies all reason - AND SHOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY ALERTED both the abovementioned prosecutorial bodies that in fact the next two crimes 1. Fraud 2. Complicity and Obstruction of Justice were in now coming down the pike! If a sufficient number of New York City Police Officers and New York City Firefighters could be made to realize - that each of these groups of Public Servants - the NYPD AND FDNY - had significant numbers of their ranks - MURDERED and that the crimes have been covered up by the leading suspects in the crime - their own City, STATE and Federal Governments - and the owners of the Buildings they were originally called in to protect, then they could EN MASSE call for a bonefide Grand Jury investigation of these crimes. If they were denied this - then THEY STRIKE - TO THE MAN!!! They work to have both the City Sanitation Unions and the Port of Authority workers also commit - TO THE MAN - TO STRIKE until such time as this bonefide GRAND JURY is convened - staffed with men who are MOTIVATED to make their name SOLVING perhaps the most notable crime in the history of modern man!!!! This would and most probably would create a CHAIN REACTION across the nation. In time every aspect of our Nations infrastructure - would come to realize their power and more importantly THEIR AUTHORITY. They could capture the minds and hearts of all of their children as they set about taking back the INALIENABLE RIGHTS enumerated in the Declaration of Independence. They would save our nation with the light of truth and the restoration of her dignity and integrity. The Crime of the Century could easily be solved - if exposed to the glaring light of our Legal System. I have now doubt of this. I believe that this article you have written today on the Crimes of Cheney speaks volumes. WE need to call the nation to action. We need those CRIMES OF 9/11 to be treated as the CRIMES THE were and if this happens - it is going to reverse the pattern of crime that our Government has followed for the last 30 years in one felled swoop!! XXXXXXXX --------------- XXXXXX The reasons that this occurred as you aptly describe it below - is because the public looked to the White House to define 911 for them, despite the fact that these same leaders, had shown themselves to be not only cowards during the events, but quite possibly were "in on them" as well. Those who control the spin and call the shots can determine what took place, despite the facts or the truth. and that is what happened here. My attraction to their dereliction of duty came from years of being inside the Criminal Justice machine. You're right - this was a series of major crimes, and not an act of war. But the public had already given the responsibility for determining the interpretation to the same people who created those crimes. The invisible part of this problem is the unsaid part of it that I believe is: that in American politics there are NO victims, only TARGETS! Once you get your mind around that concept - all the rest is easy. And whether or not anything significant can ever develop from this miscarriage of justice, is a matter of clear involvement by "most people" - which still seems too far away at the moment. That's why I thought perhaps the cost of gasoline to every American might become a potential trigger for how many other things we all have in common under the Jack-Boots of these would be fascists. XXXXXXX ---------- XXXXXX You accurately point out that that 9-11 was not an act that should have allowed the Executive Branch of Government to wage war while the coterie of feeble minded near do wells we elect to Congress violated the Constitution to become bystanders waiting for the fun of a war of sorts to begin. As strange as the fundamentalist Muslim Government was in Afghanistan they said if there was evidence that Mr. Ben Laden orchestrated the 9-11 events they would turn him over to the U.S. The response by the U.S. Government was that it would compromise their informants and other C.I.A. assets. What a strange response indeed considering that many lives would be lost when we even have a witness protection program even in our own country. Of course The intent was to evade and invade Afghanistan and get sly President Putin to authorize the establishment of bases in Irgistan, Tagikistan, and Uzbekistan. Then they bribed President for life General Musharaff of Pakistan to permit the establishment of bases in that country and one of the first things the U.S. did was seek the location of Afghanistan's nuclear weapons. Then of course they used the cut throats of the Northern Alliance under General Dostum an Uzbek to help with the invasion as they let loose with their 23,000 pound Daisy Cutter Bombs. Of course these bombs are not weapons of mass destruction. Thousands of Afghan people died including innocent women and children. Then of thousands of prisoners were put in sealed tanks and died of suffocation. We did pack some 800 or more prisoners off to Quantanamo including 12 year old boys. Then they even had the gaul to plan a court marshal of a U.S. Military Muslim chaplain for trying to get letters off to the prisoners families then strangely the charges were dropped because a court marshal would divulge the conditions inside Quantanamo. Incidentally very little was ever said about the five Israeli's in N.Y. that were reported joyful when 9-11 occurred. The fact is that their is a strategic objective that is not being divulged and it's two fold not only do they want the huge reserves of oil in Kazakhstan and run a pipeline to Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan to the Indian Ocean, but they want to contain both Russia, and China by not only getting a vital resource and deprive both these countries of this asset. Further they want to be in a stretigic position to neutralize both these countries with nuclear weapons and also interdict incoming I.C.B.M.s under the A.B.M. concept. What a terribly dangerous game they are playing because it could spell the end of western civilization. Over the many months that I have communicated with numerous folk I have tried to alert them to this danger but every one has their own opinions especially if they believe everything the Government tells them and they hate Muslims. When the new masters that control the western world wish the death of non western people then it can be said they care little about the death of their own people for in truth they are the devils disciples, but it's like the old song Doris Day liked to sing," Que sara, sara," What will be will be.
